At BAKA Anime Store, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund, subject to the conditions below.

• Items must be in original packaging where applicable
• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Certain items (cosmetics, perfumes, or personalised products) may not be eligible for return once opened
